You also need to observe the tattoo shop while asking the tattoo artist because you can already tell something about the artist and the shop by just mere observing.

Placement of your tattoo is a big factor also. There are certain areas in our body that are more painful to be tattooed at compared to other areas. You have to make sure that you can bear the pain if ever you wanted your tattoo to be place on that sensitive part.
